Since opening in 2014, MeeT has grown quickly to four busy locations, each garnering praise and awards including Best Neighborhood Restaurants in Yaletown, Gastown and Main St as well as Best Vegan Restaurant in Vancouver 3 years in a row!

Our mission is to bring plant-based comfort food to the masses, welcoming vegans and non-vegans alike with food that appeals to everyone! All in a setting that is inclusive, inviting and comfortable. We pride ourselves on being a place where people build lasting relationships, have a lot of fun, all while growing professionally. Our committed-to plan is to bring our award winning dishes to cities across the country and beyond. Beyond opening new locations, we have been developing our retail business and aspire to bring our famous sauces to grocery stores nation-wide.

Our GM’s pour their hearts into the business to ensure that guests receive the best possible experience and that staff are motivated and inspired to be their best selves. The GMs work directly with the Operations Manager and Ownership TeeM to ensure their houses are executing MeeT’s guiding principles. They solve problems, connect with the community, and strive for continuous improvement.

What We Offer:

Compensation Breakdown:

  • Base salary is $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience and performance.
  • Bonus program amounts up to $20,000 per year depending on the performance of the business. Results are rewarded.
  • $8000-$10,000 in tips, paid out weekly.
  • Our posted compensation range at minimum includes salary, with the maximum including full salary potential, tips + bonus.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of general management experience in a high volume full-service restaurant.
  • Warm, friendly, focused, professional, inclusive disposition and presence.
