  • We work diligently with our KMs to ensure they are educated and effective in the financial performance of their business. We want to see our management TeeMs hit every target, and become well-rounded hospitality management professionals.
  • We work continuously with our KMs, supporting their culinary and creative passion through the production of our weekly features.
  • We are committed to continuous improvement. Our KMs are invited and welcome to share their views, best practices and to test ideas that will improve the performance of the business and the employment experience of everyone in it.

What We Offer:

  • Annual compensation of $80,000 as a combination of annual salary and guaranteed weekly gratuities.
  • Bonus program amounts to and additional $6000 per year depending on the financial performance of the business. Results are rewarded.

What Our Magic Unicorn Candidate Looks Like:

  • Extensive full-service head chef/kitchen management experience
  • 2+ years prep and line cook experience
  • Long tenures at previous jobs
  • Management of large scale rooms in full service restaurants
  • Multi-restaurant experience
  • Mentorship and leadership skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Vegan experience is a great asset
  • Warm, friendly, focused and professional with inclusive disposition and presence
